Refund policy
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. We accept eligible defective and non-defective products. This policy adds to, and does not restrict, your statutory consumer rights.
Our 30-day return offer
For a voluntary change-of-mind return, products must be new, unused and in their original packaging, with all parts, accessories and materials supplied. Products used, damaged after delivery or returned incomplete are not eligible under this voluntary offer. Please obtain return instructions before mailing an item. These conditions do not override your statutory rights.
How to request a return or exchange
Email info@tcgcenter.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and details of the return or exchange. A reason helps us assist you but is not required for a statutory cancellation.
Our support team will provide the return address and mailing instructions. Package the goods securely, include your order number and retain proof of postage. Exchanges are available for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
Return postage and fees
Customers pay return postage and return-label costs for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged-on-arrival, incorrect or misdescribed goods. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original standard UK shipping is free, so no original shipping amount will be deducted.
Your statutory cancellation rights
For online goods purchases, you can cancel without a reason within 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods. For an order delivered in separate parts, the period starts after the last item arrives. You then have 14 days from notifying us to send the goods back. You can notify us by email, phone or post using the contact details below; prior authorisation is not a condition of exercising this right.
You may inspect items as you reasonably would in a shop. Where permitted by law, a refund may be reduced for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Opening sealed booster packs, playing with cards or damaging collectible packaging may significantly reduce their value. Any deduction is assessed individually and explained; opening a product does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Contact us promptly with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Please provide photographs if available to help us investigate; photographs are not an absolute condition of a statutory remedy. We will provide return or exchange instructions.
You normally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. After that, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund rights may apply depending on the circumstances. The 30-day voluntary return window does not limit rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Sale items receive the same statutory protection.
Refunds
We process approved refunds within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting a return. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
For statutory cancellations, we refund no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. If no goods were supplied, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We refund any standard outbound delivery charge paid. These statutory deadlines take priority over the processing estimate above.
