Shipping policy

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. All UK orders receive free standard shipping, with no minimum order value.

Order cut-off and processing

Orders placed before 5:00 PM London time on a business day begin processing within our stated handling period. London time means GMT or BST, as applicable.

Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on UK public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Handling time: 1–2 business days.
Fulfilment days: Monday–Friday.

Transit and estimated delivery

Transit time after dispatch: 2–3 business days.
Shipping days: Monday–Friday.
Total estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days, comprising handling and transit time.

Delivery estimates apply once your order has been successfully placed and payment confirmed, taking account of the cut-off and business-day schedule above. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If a product has a different delivery schedule, it will be shown before you order.

Tracking

We send tracking information when your order is dispatched. Please allow a short period for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Delays, damage and delivery issues

Carrier disruption, adverse weather, public holidays or incorrect or incomplete delivery details can cause delays. Please check your address before placing an order and contact us promptly if it needs correcting.

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, missing or marked as delivered when you have not received it, email info@tcgcenter.co.uk with your order number and relevant details. Photographs of any damage and packaging can help us investigate, if available. We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue. This does not affect your statutory rights.
