About TCG Center
These terms apply to purchases of goods through the TCG Center online store. TCG Center, Company No. 17211261, can be contacted at 77/81 High St, Guildford GU1 3DY, United Kingdom; info@tcgcenter.co.uk; or +44 7350 626 881. Contact hours are Monday–Sunday, 9am–6pm London time.
Please read these terms, our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy and Privacy policy before ordering. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
Products and descriptions
Read the product description, condition, language, quantity and any stated release or delivery information before ordering. Images may illustrate a product range unless a specific card or item is identified. Goods supplied must match their description and meet applicable consumer-law standards.
Sealed trading-card products may contain random assortments. Specific cards, rarity, grades or future market values are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the description. Product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details and check your order before submitting it. You must be authorised to use your chosen payment method. Available payment methods and the total amount payable are shown at checkout.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated receipt acknowledgement confirms that we received it; our acceptance is confirmed when we send the dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because stock is unavailable or payment cannot be authorised, we will tell you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items.
If we identify a material pricing or description error before accepting an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel for a refund. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.
Prices and availability
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless the store explicitly displays another currency. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you place an order. Current standard UK shipping is free with no minimum spend. Price changes apply to future orders and do not change an accepted order without your agreement.
Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Standard handling is 1–2 business days and transit is 2–3 business days, giving an estimated total of 3–5 business days. The order cut-off is 5pm London time on business days. Fulfilment and shipping days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays. See our Shipping policy for details and any product-specific delivery schedule shown before purchase.
We remain responsible for goods until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you identify to receive them, subject to applicable law. Please contact us about missing or damaged deliveries so we can investigate. Delivery delays do not remove your statutory remedies.
Cancellation, returns and exchanges
We offer requests for eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return and refund policy. Separate statutory cancellation rights apply to online purchases, including the usual 14-day cancellation period. Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods are covered by applicable consumer rights. Our policy explains return postage, exchanges and refund times. No restocking fee applies.
Using the website
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent orders or infringe another person’s rights. Protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks without removing rights relating to valid purchases.
Store content is protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use it to browse and make purchases. Other copying or commercial reuse requires permission unless the law permits it.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing limits your rights concerning the quality, description or fitness of goods.
Other services
Buying cards from customers, trades and grading submissions require separate agreed details, including any valuation, fees, timescales and responsibility for submitted items. These goods-sale terms do not by themselves create a grading or trade agreement.
Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to info@tcgcenter.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and work with you to resolve it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, but this does not deprive UK consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction where applicable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in force when your order is accepted apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
